Excellent product and great service.

The portable WiFi I used was easy to pickup at the airport post office when I arrived and the instructions provided by the company were easy to follow. The WiFi worked everywhere I went and the battery was more than sufficient for full day outings. Speed was never an issue either. It was very easy to return as well; just had to put in the pre-addresses envelope and drop in a post office box at the airport before I went through security. I

We chose delivery at hotel, and when arrived from the airport it was waiting for us: no rush, no queue. Set up was immediate and we used it a lot during our stay :-)

I rented the premium wifi, and I have to say that everything went perfectly smoothly. From receiving the device at the airport to deliver it again. I had wifi everywhere, with more speed that I could want, and a the device came with a rechargeable battery.

Never failed us, even on the small island my wife is from, it worked! Pocket wifi came with an extra battery pack that i used for both charging the wifi and our phones on those long travel days. Price was very reasonable. I had it shipped the hotel we stayed at, it was waiting for me with no issues. thanks!!!

Very easy to order and return. Little did we know that it was waiting for us when we checked in at our hotel, we didn't expect it till the next day. Connecting to it was simple and we used it the entire trip.
