Generally doesn't reach its rated speed but totally reliable otherwise. Good battery life + an additional battery is included. Would absolutely recommend to others.

La recogía y entrega en la oficina de correo no genera ningún problema. Si está cerrada a la vuelta se pone el sobre en el buzón que tienen al lado. La conexión fue perfecta para tres personas. Y realmente no fue necesario usar la batería extra casi ningún día, aunque teníamos encendido el módem desde que salíamos del hotel hasta que volvíamos.

Wifi was great. It allowed us to stay connected and more. Uploading photos and videos on the go was fast and reliable.

We picked up this handy little hotspot very easily at Haneda airport and used it for 18 days everyday for our honeymoon trip around Japan. It worked flawlessly. The signal never was lost, and we had parts of our trip on a ferry, uphill hiking up a mountain, it just worked! A filled out return shipping envelope was provided and when we flew out of Narita we quickly located a postbox inside the airport and dropped it off. Easy as could be. It also came with a battery and cable so that was useful to get a full day of non stop usage but we already bought our own larger battery but having a extra was useful if we needed to charge a device in an emergency. Honestly, I can’t think of a single fault in this experience. It was crucial for our trip and we never had to worry about it losing signal etc for a single moment of the trip. Better then a SIM card if you have multiple devices/people. Will use again when I visit Japan next time!
