It was easy to setup and use. Very convenient to have while traveling in Japan.

Ordering procedure was easier than some of its competitors. Package was waiting at the hotel when we checked in. Easy set up, WiFi speed was really fast We used the pocket WiFi almost 100% of the time. We traveled for two weeks and five cities in Japan. We had the last hotel mail back the unit in the prepaid envelope. Really appreciated the notice that the pocket WiFi was returned safely to Japan Wireless. Would not hesitate to use again.

The pickup and return was well thought over, the internet always working as expected. Will definitely use again.

This was great! Would definitely recommend for people traveling in pairs or small groups to share. Just make sure you don’t separate from each other. I.e. whoever is going to the bathroom give it to the person waiting outside.

The wifi reception was very fast and reliable.
The battery life is excellent.
The pick-up and return procedure is very good.
Will be ordering again in July.

I wouldnt be able to travel Japan without this device. I had steady internet access everywhere i went. I gave 4 atars because there were few times that the device showed it is connected but i didnt get internet. I had to reset the power on the device.
Other than that it was great!
