Reserved a pocket Wifi through Japan Wireless last minute, a day before our trip to Tokyo. Arranged for delivery to hotel that we stayed.
Upon check-in, package was given to us by hotel and package contained all that was mentioned.
Pocket Wifi was excellent and it really helped us moving around as we were very dependent on Google Map for location and planning of trips.
Connectivity was seamless and was smoothly throughout. We were connected all the time and could make calls and not to mention social media connectivity. :)
Highly recommended and will definitely use this again on our next trip to Japan.

I rented my pocket wifi from Japan Wireless and it was a very easy, flawless process. Ordered and paid online, package was waiting for me at the airport in Tokyo and it performed flawlessly during my trip in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. When my trip was over, I just put the pocket wifi in the envelope they provided and dropped it off at the mailbox at my departing airport. Easy and simple. Highly recommended!

I had this sent to my hotel in Fukuoka. No problem receiving and easy to mail back. Ordered a little over a week prior to arriving and there was a discount too. I had no problem with service even in some rural areas of the prefecture. It gets hot so I kept it on the outside pocket of my bag away from my body. Multiple people could join from my tour if they were in range.

Fantastic service and signal! Definitely recommend! The device lost service a couple of times, but following the instructions that come with the case, it reset perfectly each time. This was our first time to Japan (from the USA) and getting this hotspot was easy to pick up, use and mail back. Emailed the Japan-Wireless team a couple of times with questions prior to our trip and they were very quick to respond and very helpful!

Product worked throughout Japan excellently. The router was delivered to our hotel as requested and there was an envelope to send it back at the end of the trip. All very easy.

We rent a Premium WiFi and we didn't have any problem. It's very easy to use and you have very good range.
You must rent one if you're travelling to Japan because it's very useful. Also, battery lasts longer than expected. We could use it all day with 3 phones connected on it.
