Easy to use, cheap, easy to return. This saved us so much time as we used GPS to get around, navigate the train station, and call our families in America. Would 100% use again on our next Japan trip.

Dopo aver letto recensioni positive, abbiamo noleggiato questo apparato per il viaggio in Giappone durato 14 giorni. Eravamo 3 persone con i cellulari sempre connessi e mai avuto problemi. Soltanto un paio di volte è stato necessario riavviare il sistema in quanto bloccato. Lo consigliamo sicuramente a chi viaggia in Giappone e necessita di connessione internet.
Altro aspetto positivo PowerBank compreso nel prezzo e tutto l'occorrente per la restituzione dell'apparato tramite il servizio postale.

We started in Haneda and traveled Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Nara and Osaka. Family of 4, we were always on wireless and no where did we struggle or the quality dropped. Very impressed with the entire service.

The device came with an extra battery, so long days, we would need to use it or charge it to stay connected.

Overall no complaints, it did its job as promised.

For older folks like us, it is the best option without going extra miles to switch SIM card etc for my husband’s phone is not eSIM so it complicated.
