Speed was good; pick was easy; drop off was easy and pride was nominal

Took my unit from the Osaka airport early in the morning and dropped into the postbox late at night. Instructions for pick-up, return, and usage were very clear and easy to follow, and the wireless unit itself worked flawlessly. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I rented Premium WiFi at the arriving gate of Haneda Airport in April, 2023. It was easy to find the place to receive the device. Setting the WiFi is easy and it had been reliable. There was no issue and I would recommend this.

First time using pocket Wi-Fi and it was a amazing experience! The device was slim and light with long lasting battery. Along with the provided power bank, there was absolutely no issue lasting all day. The range was also great and I rarely had any connection issues. I used pocket Wi-Fi in another country shortly after and it did not compare at all!
