Delivery was prompt to our hotel. Battery lasts the whole day, for the family of four with two teenage children. Return is easy, dropped in a post box on the street.

The pick up info given can be little clearer, one email seemed to suggest I pick it up from a logistics hub at the far end of the airport. another from the post office (Which turned out to be the correct location) in the central building.
