Second time using the pocket wifi. Still awesome as the first.

Literally no issues. Quick start up, easy to use and easy to ship back. I would do this again!

The all process, purchase the service, pickup the WiFi device, operating the WiFi device and sent it back, was smooth and easy. It'd arrived with WiFi device, additional power bank, power supply with 2 USB output and double USB cable. The WiFi device battery last for about 10 hours every day.Very recommended.

The Wifi is very reliable and superb for using anywhere.

Having this wifi was a lifesaver for my trip. Had access to wifi at all times. Battery life was great. Pickup and drop off at Narita airport was easy.

Worked excellent everywhere we went(other some spots underground obviously) would 100percent recommend, great price for unlimited data and very convenient for multiple users. Going to use again

The pocket WiFi was very convenient avoiding the hassle of setting up a SIM card. The unit hold the charge well and I only had to recharge at night! Very useful when traveling with group as it can accommodate several phones or pads. I used it for work and the speed is sufficient to pull large data! I use this every time I travel to Japan and travel there two to three times a year! I don’t ever have to use other WiFi so I’m always connected.

A completely great experience from beginning to end. The Wi-Fi device has all Japanese text on its’ display, but with a translator app on my phone I was able to easily set it up and learn which buttons to press to quickly turn the wifi device on and off when I needed to. They mailed my device and charger to my first accommodations in Kyushu and then I could easily drop it in a mailbox at Haneda airport when I was leaving, using the mailing envelope (already prepared with postage and address by the company.) It was extremely hassle free, quality WiFi, and I was pleased to find the value for the cost. THIS is the best WiFi deal I found when shopping for pocket WiFi services to plan my Japan visit. You should feel confident that Japan Wireless is the WiFi company to use!
