When we arrived to Japan we had completely forgotten to preorder a wireless WiFi. On our first day we where super tired and completely forgot again so 2nd day we ordered one not expecting it for about 3 days but withing a couple of hours it was dropped to our hotel with a free power bank and charging lead with a return envelope that we posted the day we flew out. Great signal as my son had it in his backpack paying for an item in the far end of a shopping mall while I was outside and I was still getting signal. Easy to use. Fast service highly recommend

We rented the mobile wifi device for about 10 days. The price was the best we could find and the speed was good and about what we expected. We even had a connection in some more remote areas too. Would recommended them to anyone.

Service was great. Only reason im not giving 5 stars is i didnt get connection for 1 day. All other days it worked perfectly.

The Japan wireless option is a great way to make sure that you have wifi access 24/7 all over Japan. When more people are connected to it simultaneously the battery will run out of juice faster and the connection may slow down a bit. But for one person usage I definitely give it 5 stars.

I used Japan Wireless for 3 or 4 times and it works great for us! It mailed to our address promptly and is ready to use right away. We never experienced any problem so far. We recommend it to anyone traveling around Japan.

Very impressive battery life and internet connection. The unit arrived with a spare battery bank which we never used.
