I was only in Japan for six days, but found the pocket Wi-Fi very helpful getting around. I could look up which train to get to go to my destinations and access google maps when walking about Tokyo. The product was waiting for me at my hotel on arrival and returning it was so simple. Thank you again.

Device was delivered to my hotel on time and was easy to set up. The inclusion of a portable power pack to ensure that the device would remain powered up until the end of the day was very customer-friendly. Wifi access was hardly ever disrupted (only in some basement locations). Finally, the pre-prepared mailer to return the device was very convenient. Highly recommended provider.

This didn’t let me down once, the battery lasted all da, I had perfect service all day and even the power bank did really come in handy at the end of a long day.

Wonderful experience, from the beginning to the end. Return using a post box is very convenient, and overall user experience was definitely positive. We were also given a power bank with the device, but we never used it thanks to the device battery that lasted more than enough. Definitely recommended!

It’s great having this wifi walking around Japan. However sometimes it was not working properly during train rides
