I was very pleased with the wifi, itt workes perfectly every single time during my 2 weeks in Japan. The extra battery they provided fully extends the working hours of the device even for a day trip. I recommened itt very much!!

Ordered while in the USA and had it delivered to my hotel. When I arrived at my hotel a week later, it was waiting for me. The wi-fi service was excellent until it stopped working a day later. I emailed them about the issue and they responded minutes later. They were able to troubleshoot with a single email. If the issue wasn't resolved over email, they were ready to express delivery a replacement. Luckily, it didn't come down to that. I would definitely use them again. Price was good, too.

I put in an order for a portable WiFi the first night after I arrived in Japan. Pricing was reasonable, and the product was delivered to my hotel the next day. The portable WiFi worked seamlessly throughout our trip (we were in Tokyo, Osaka, Nara and Kyoto) and during transit. When we were done all I had to do was drop the WiFi off in a mailbox, using a pre-stamped and addressed mailer.

We never had an issue with our Japan Wireless - always had connectivity. This was essential for getting places (using Google Maps) and using Google Translate. We ran into other travelers who didn't have this, and they were getting lost trying to get places, and missing appointments or walking forever. Big difference
