Worked out nice with the inroom delivery

Very easy to order, obtain at specified destination, convenient and easy-to-use. Always ordered portable pocket Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless on every TRIP to Japan.

Easy to set up. Internet would be slow without it. It’s a must to have when navigating the train system and looking for you destinations.

We went to Japan for a couple weeks and I didn't want to try out a esim or sim card just in case my phone didn't want to cooperate. I have heard a lot of good reviews about Japan wireless so I decided to go with them. I was very happy with the service provided. We were able to connect two cell phones and it worked everywhere we went in Japan (Hakodate, Okinawa and Tokyo). We did have a little trouble with the computer but it did work on and off. Saved us a lot of data if we used our original phone carrier. Will def use again when we come back to Japan. Also, found it great we were able to pick up at our hotel and then drop off before we got into airport. Thank you for a great experience!

Everything was excellent. There was no disconnection, signal was always great and battery never die when we were on tour. I will definitely use there service again in the future.

It was reliable and had a long battery life that lasted all day with the power bank. Speeds were good as well. The only downside is sometimes the google maps current location had me teleporting everywhere but that could be because of my phone.

I had the best experience with them… I even had my flight delayed and I wouldn’t make on time to collect it, so I called them and they delivered it to my hotel on the same day, so when I arrived at the hotel at 1am the WiFi was there… thank you very much

I’m so pleased we chose a Japan Wireless mobile router to use on our recent trip to Japan. It was invaluable as we relied on it for Google maps to help navigate the Tokyo and Kyoto metro system. It never failed or drop a signal and was even better and faster than my home Wi-Fi! It was waiting for us at the airport (I’d pre-ordered) and I just put it in the prepaid envelope and into a post box at the airport when we left, so easy and actually cheap. I’ll definitely use it again. Thanks Japanese Wireless.

We had a very good experience with Japan Wireless, easy pickup at the airport and easy to send back. The network worked fine the entire trip too. The only drawback maybe is that the device gets incredibly hot very quickly, so much that I was worried it might overheat. But at least the battery did always hold for an entire day.

Will definitely recommend to a friend and will use next time i am in Japan
