Traveled with a group of 9 people and we rented 3 pocket Wi-Fi units. The booking of the units online was a very smooth process. We’ve asked for it to be delivered to our hotel and they were all delivered before we checked in.

Connection was good the whole time and it really made traveling and communication between our group easy.

Returning was also an easy process. The package came with return envelopes and all you have to do is make sure you have everything in the bag it came with it, put inside the envelope and look for the postal box at the airport to drop it off.

I will definitely rent again from Japan-wireless when we visit Japan in the future.

I’ve used their pocket WiFi on three separate trips throughout Japan and never had a problem. Delivery was on time and the return process was easy. The device itself works fine, has a great battery life, and comes with a backup charger. Definitely will use it again on my next trip.

Our Hawaii friends who travel to Japan frequently told us about Japan Wireless. We rented two of these cards. They gave us batteries, charging cord. All in a very nice zip pouch. We had connection all day no issues. We met other tourists who said they encounters many times where they had zero connection. We never had to use the battery chargers because the WIFI cards last for 12 hours. $7 per day! Mahalo! Arigato JW!
