Delivered to my hotel and returned simply at airport post box via prepaid envelope.
I've never experienced service like this anywhere before, especially because I got a replacement unit on day 2 , no fuss, delivered same day to my hotel.

Great service, from pick up to sending the product back. It has a perfect connection plus comes with a super useful power bank that we have used also for our phones, and a very useful electric plug with double usb. Super easy service to return the set. The set comes with a pre-fill envelop so easy to return into a mailing box or as I did, asking the reception of your hotel. The service is completed by a confirmation mail when receiving it and thanking you for having used their service. What else, excellent.

Second time I have rented pocket wifi; love it. Dependable reception and long battery life, never had to use battery back-up. Would turn on when leaving hotel and use all day and more dependable than Shinkansen or station wifi's. Would rent again next time. Thanks!
