Ordered the pocket wifi online and had it delivered to my hotel. Drop off ran smoothly and the company even had a completed envelope filled out and ready for drop off at the airport. This company worked well with the customers and made everything so convenient from pickup to drop off and I had absolutely no issues with the device. Will definitely go through this company on my next trip for reliable internet service. Highly recommend!

100% worked perfectly. Worked everywhere in Japan like it should. Only downside was that we could not use the App Store while connected to it but it was only a minor inconvenience. 10/10

Everything perfect, easy to use, high speed and almost no connnection issues

I used the Pocket WiFi every day for about 3 weeks and it always worked perfectly. Delivery to my hotel and return at the airport also worked perfectly. The battery lasts all day even with intensive use. Really great. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and at a very fair price. I will definitely use the Japan Wireless service again on my next visit to Japan.

Really useful and easy to put in place

I came to Japan for a study abroad experience and I only had the pocket wifi for about a week. It was so convenient!! It was easy to pick up, worked very well, and then was very easy to send back. I am very happy with this service and will definitely use it again, and recommend it to others.
