Reliable and lasted the entire trip

It was absolutely worth it. Didn't have to worry about the hassle of finding a SIM card. The battery on the wifi lasted almost all day. Just kept it in the pouch that was shipped with it and kept it in my backpack and it worked perfectly for me and my mom.

This is the second time I rented wifi cube from Japan Wireless. The whole process is so smooth. We picked up and returned the cube at airport. No long line at sim counter waiting to buy sim card. The cube works great

I recommend using Japan Wireless if you need to rent a hotspot while visiting Japan. Easy and fast pickup at airports or delivery to your hotel, whatever you choose, reliable connection everywhere we went (except when you went into subways), easy drop off at mailboxes. Follow their instructions, make sure you have what you ordered, you'll be just fine.

The service was perfect throughout our entire trip which included Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka & Hakone. The device was easy to pick up and ready to use with the perfect amount of instructions for everything. The portable charger provided with the WiFi was greatly appreciated. Best part was how easy it was to return when the rent time was up.

Excelent service of wifi

Got 2 for our short trip to Tokyo. Had no issues with connecting, and loved the convenience of retuning it at the post box! Staff was very nice, came with everything you needed, although I had my own power bank to charge the device while we were out. I highly recommend, and will definitely use again in the future when I return to Japan!
