Great network, no problems connecting to WiFi, traveled to many towns in Japan and the service was excellent. Reasonable price, collection at the airport has I arrived, very convenient.
Would totally recommend getting WiFi for your journey around Japan, there was four people in my group, all connected.
Easy return, just pack and pop into post box. And the back-up power bank will come in handy for long days out. Overall would definitely recommend this company’s product.

Utilizzato per 16 giorni in un tour del Kyushu in auto. Solo cose positive. Consegna puntuale in aeroporto a Fukuoka. Appena acceso, i nostri device si sono subito connessi. Ricezione buona anche in zone montane sperdute del Kyushu. Tenuto sempre acceso per tutto il giorno, la batteria arrivava a fine giornata al 30-35% di carica. Fornito con un power bank che non c'è mai stato bisogno di utilizzare. Noi l'abbiamo utilizzato principalmente per la navigazione con Google Maps (sia in auto, sia a piedi) e un normale utilizzo di Internet e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Non abbiamo guardato intensivamente video o altre cose che consumano molta banda, quindi non posso dare un giudizio se lo si usa in modo da fare un largo uso della banda. Consigliato.

Worked great. No complaints

We used this company on a recent 3 week holiday to Japan and we would highly recommend them. Pick up in Haneda was simple, the equipment was first rate and posting it back in the mail box was a dream.

We were in Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa for a 12 day trip and it was easy to set up, great coverage and easily supported 2-3 devices easily. And pick and return went super smoothly and was extremely easy! If we ever come back from the states, this will be our first thing to book!

We rented a pocket WiFi for our two week trip to Japan and am so glad we did. Japan Wireless delivered it directly to our hotel and provided clear instructions for set up. We used it all day, every day throughout our trip and had absolutely no issues - the internet speed was super fast and the charge lasted all day. It was super quick to exchange at the Airport and the internet was allways fast. Sometimes (on the last days and not often) it would stop and we had to switch the device off and turn it on again, but it was nothing too serious. Overall, it was very good and I would use it again :) the client attention by email is 100%! We forgot ti return it at the AP and they were very helpful ^^ thank you and see you again!

Box lasted more than a day. Never used the power bank not once during my 14 day stay.
An excellent choice which I recommend strongly.
