Pocket wifi was waiting us at our hotel.
It worked so good.

Easy to use,made our holiday very enjoyable. Straight forward instructions on pick up,how to use and where to drop off when finished. Too easy!

Didn’t work in Osaka but otherwise was great in Tokyo and Kyoto

Wi-Fi was very convenient, only issue was that the battery would run out. If we did not plug into back up battery in time Wi-Fi would not work.

This is the second time I've rented from Japan Wireless and once again it worked flawlessly. The pocket wifi was waiting for me at the hotel. Easy to set up and use. Mailed it back at the airport. I'll be renting again in a couple of months.

I would recommend the product and service to anyone travelling to and in Japan
