Easy order , pick up and worked well, easy drop off,too

This product was great and super reliable. We are glad we went with this as opposed to having an eSim each. Recommend to all when visiting Japan, especially if most of the time whoever you are travelling with will be together. Also saves battery life on your phone and we used our phones for pictures a lot as well.

Due to a problem with another provider, I ordered the Japan Wireless Pocket Wi-Fi last minute while I was already in Japan and they saved my trip!
The product arrived very fast at my hotel and the battery lasted for the whole day, I never had to use the provided powerbank.
Bonus: the pouch is really stylish, I liked carrying it around with me :)

Great for long trips. However, sometimes it loses signal on subways and I have to keep reconnecting.

This product provides a very convenient way to get fast and reliable pocket WiFi while traveling in Japan . Highly recommended!

Could not recommend enough! We rented the pocket WiFi for 12 days and we never had issues with connection.
The battery lasts for about 10hrs so if you're out and about all day long you'll need to carry the power bank with you but they are small and lightweight so easy to put in a bag.
