Worked perfectly for the week

It was our first time using such service and it was a great decision for us. The instructions were pretty straightforward - simply turn it on then register your mobile devices to the listed SSID and password. They also provided charger and power bank that came in handy during the daily use. The return process is also very easy: simply put them all in the provided, pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope and drop the envelope in the (red) Japan Mail Box (I used the one by the escalator on the Departure Terminal of Haneda Terminal 3). Highly recommended to anyone visiting Japan and we would personally use it again next time we visit Japan!

Best thing I could have had. Combined with my cell service I never had issues with reception. The few times I left it at home my cell coverage was spotty (so really happy I had the wifi). It made using google maps really fast and reliable. Best money you could spend.

I have used 2 pocketwifi with my family in May for 2 weeks in Japan. Tokyo , Kyoto and Osaka. My cousin has done is work throughout and I was able to do the standard communications. No problems whatso ever. I would highly recommend and would definitely use next time also.
