It works everywere except on the metro

My wife and I were on a kuoni Japan tour . The Wi-Fi was delivered to are hotel in Tokyo prior to are arrival . Very easy to set up and use throughout the tour. Would we use this product again and would we recommend this product YES to both questions

perfect service, perfect functionality

I have used them before. So easy to pick up and return. We could save lots of money instead of using the International plan by our phone company.

We used this product for 2 weeks whilst in Japan recently. The company delivered it to our hotel so we could start using it immediately. Logging on to it was very simple. We had no problems with it all. I would highly reccomend.

I wasn’t real sure in the beginning, how is gonna work. Very good service, all the devices worked, and still working, very well.

Very easy to order and to collect. Everything worked very easily. My only suggestion would be to include a map of post box locations at the airport for return of the hardware. It was a little difficult to find one. I would definitely recommend

After ordering I got much information about how and where to pick it up, which was without any problems. You get a power bank and a plug extra, which is so nice to have. It worked all the time without any trouble. And at the end I put everything in the envelope (which was in the pick up package ) and send it back. So easy . Just perfect

I have been renting from Japan-Wireless since 2015 having been to Japan 11 times since then and each time using the mobile WiFi from Japan-Wireless. Very good connection, very rarely had to worry about any dead spots.

Picking was easy. Worked good and between the router and the charger it held a charge fine.
