I appreciated that the device was waiting for us at our hotel, it's use was easy, it worked well the whole time, and I was able to easily return it at the airport it the pre-paid envelope.

Everything was as advertised. Box delivered to my hotel before I arrived. Excellent reliable WiFi that even worked perfectly on metro and trains. Easy to return WiFi box via postbox. Highly recommended.

Installation was easy and connecting devices as well. I would use it again .

It was great. We hooked up all our devices for a family of 4. The battery lasted a long time. We could be out for the whole day and begin charging in the evening. Occasionally I’d restart the modem if I lost connection. Otherwise great product

It is an excellent device to have with you on your travels. It is a highly recommended necessity in all travels abroad.

We used the pocket wifi in the home we were staying for about 2.5 months. The service was reliable and had a decent range. Other than occasionally needing to move the device closer to us if we were in a back room, we really didn't notice any difference in speed or function compared to the cable-based 1T service we use in the US.
