So glad we had this device on our 3 week trip to Japan. Ordering and pick up were extremely easy and returning at the end of the trip was made very simple by the company. We were very grateful to have the service for the whole time we were in the country, and it worked brilliantly.

Two of us rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless with unlimited data for two weeks. It worked perfectly with running Google Maps, Translate, and streaming videos/sending photos to family and friends back home. We will be using this service again for return trips and highly recommend it to any other travelers!

Battery Life was very good and very few issues with a constant signal.

Handlich, leicht, gut zu mitnehmen. Internet etwas langsam, hat für mich gereicht. Abholen am Flughafen musste den Standort suchen, sonst alles problemlos.

We had three weeks in Japan using the pocket WiFi for three phones and a Nintendo switch and it did not fail us at all.

Il ritiro del router è stato facilissimo. Internet ha funzionato dappertutto senza nessun intoppo, il router ha tenuto anche 12/13 ore arrivando al 15% di autonomia residua, tenendolo sempre acceso. Quindi l'autonomia della batteria è eccellente, senza contare che viene fornita anche una powerbank.
Riconsegna altrettanto facile seguendo le istruzioni.
Lo riprenderò sicuramente anche per l'ottimo prezzo.
