This is the 2nd time we have used the pocket wifi for our 2nd Japan trip and it is very convenient and works well even on subways. The only time we had slow connection was in Kyoto Imperial Palace. However we have used it from Tokyo, Kawaguchiko, Osaka,Kyoto, Uji, Hiroshima and Miyajima and it worked pretty well. Did not have any issues whatsoever. Will always recommend japan wireless.

Picked up from our hotel and dropped off at the airport, could not have been easier. Good signal strength and did everything we needed. Will use again

Works as advertised, was an amazing rate. Very few dropped connections traveling through multiple prefectures.

Very easy to use. Simply pre-order, get through security at the airport and pick up your pocket WiFi. Never had any issue with connectivity just remember to charge it every day. This worked out cheaper for me rather than buying separate sets of e-sims for everyone. Once done with your trip, you simply pop it in the post box.
