Excellent service from Japan Wireless! The pocket WiFi had a strong, fast connection throughout my entire trip. Pickup at the airport was incredibly smooth, and returning it in the prepaid envelope was so easy. The included power bank was a lifesaver. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

This was my first time to Tokyo and I wanted a pocket WiFi so I didn’t have to use the incredibly expensive AT&T international day plan. Japan Wireless came highly recommended and I was beyond impressed. It was easy to order online. It was easy to pick up. It was easy to connect my devices. It was easy to use. It was easy to return (and I received a confirmation of the return the next day). Never had any technical issues and the charge lasted the full day (we had the battery backup with us but never needed to use it). Highly recommend this service!

It was very easy to pick up and return the Japan Wireless device! Every instruction was clear and helpful. I picked it up at Haneda Airport and returned it there as well.

I really liked the device. There was a power bank included in the bag, but I never needed to use it because the battery life of the Wi-Fi device was excellent. It easily lasted almost an entire day.

We never had any issues with the connection. The internet speed was great, and we connected 2–3 devices at the same time without any problems. Sometimes we used only one device to save battery, but even then the battery life was impressive.

If you are traveling in Japan with two or more people, I would definitely recommend renting one and using it wisely throughout your trip.
