I got the wifi hotspot service for my last trip and I have to say I am glad I chose Japan Wireless. The reservation online was easy and clear. I was able to pick it up at the airport with no issues. The device was reliable throughout my stay in Japan. No complaints. Returning it was also pretty easy, just dropped it in the mailbox before going through departure at Haneda. I recommend 100%

This was my first time using a wi-fi hotspot and it made life so much easier for my wife and I, especially since we had multiple devices. Speeds were fast and reliable. Picking up was a little confusing as I had trouble finding, but once I did, I just showed my order and was ready to go in minutes. Dropping off the device in the self-addressed envelope at a nearby mailbox the day of departure was simple too. I would definitely use them again.

Super easy to use and very convenient

Everytime I travel to Japan I use Japan Wireless Premium Wifi. It's ready at the airport when I arrive and I can leave it the post box there too before the boarding gates. I've used all over Japan without any problem. The battery lasts the whole day, not needed to use the extra power bank included even it's a plus.
