worked in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Sapporo. Third time we've used Japan Wieless and it didn't disappoint. only hiccup was picking up in Hanesa; we landed in one terminal and had to run and pick up the hub in a different terminal before our airport shuttle bus left,

Excellent customer service!

Japan wireless pocket WiFi is very good. We did not have any problem using it while in Tokyo and we always use their service every time we visit Japan.

The process from start to finish was very easy. I especially appreciate that I could drop it off at the post on my way out of Tokyo.
