It has made my trip very easy by staying always connected.

Purchasing was easy. Im sure pick up would have been easy also however I forgot to pick it up haha. Definitely think their rates are worth it.

Recommend to reserve early for an early bird discount. The desk is located before you exit the Narita airport. Everything was packaged nicely and easy instructions. WiFi worked everywhere. Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka . Thankful for the charger that was included. Was using google maps often. Easy return at the Haneda airport. Pre-labeled Manila envelope included and dropped off in box outside the airport.
Definitely will rent again the next time I’m in Japan. Quick responses when I had questions.
