Worked perfectly all over Japan! I always got a strong signal and it couldn’t have been easier to set up.

it really only struggled with service in Hakone, but otherwise it didn't matter where we were we had great service and full bars! We used at least 100gb of data throughout two weeks (for sure 60gb in the first week) without any problems. would recommend!

On arrival at the airport easy to find. Everything was ready for me. So easy to set up. Very useful though out our holiday. Would use it again next time in Japan

It was easy to order and pick up once I arrived at the airport. Everything was packaged and ready to go for use. Instructions were included and also the return envelope to mail it back when I left Tokyo. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a portable WIFi unit. Very affordable for the 16 days I was traveling.

Muy buen servicio, la batería dura muy bien durante el día solo una vez tuve que recárgala. No tuve problemas de señal en ningún lado. Seguramente lo volvería a contratar.

Fantastic coverage and service

Device delivered to my hotel on time, even though I had to change the pickup locations a couple of times before I left my home country for Japan. Great service throughout Japan from Tokyo to Nagasaki. No issues with connectivity anywhere, even in small towns and rural farms. Very easy to follow directions for drop off.

It provided us with an excellent wifi hotspot on all our journeys across Japan. Reception and bandwidth were great. Very portable and easy to setup and use.
Small inconvenience, we had to reset it twice. It would have been useful to have instructions specific to that model, but we figured it out. I would still recommend having a backup eSIM.
