I've rented this wifi gadget 3-4 times for trips to Japan from 2 to 5 weeks, and delivery to hotel is always reliable and it's easy to post the day before I go to the airport. It's easy to set up and provides fast wifi access no matter where I've traveled in Japan--much faster than hotel wifi. The cost is reasonable, and I highly recommend it.

Device works really well. Only had one hick up during train ride in Kyoto WiFi where wifi froze for some reason

This service was very great for our family as our phones were all new and locked with our phone carrier. We had no other options but to pay high daily premiums for our family of 5. Japan Wireless was professional and convenient. We landed at Narita and easily found their place and received our envelope with everything in it ready to go. Would highly recommend and would use their services again!
