Literally the best experience traveling to any country ive had thanks to Japan Wireless. Had server physically everywhere and was half the cost of normal mobile data.

I've used them twice because it's so hassle free and have had no problems using it. Four people were connected at the same time both in Tokyo & Osaka. Even picking it up and dropping it off was easy peasy. They're my only choice for pocket wifis!

The customer service team was able to change the delivery of the device and also provide a replacement when the one I was given suddenly stopped working. Everything was sorted in under 1 hour.
Excellent Service!

Overall experience was very good. Coverage was great and covered us everywhere we needed to go. The battery life could have been a litttle better however the extra power bank was certainly helpful. Without it, we would have struggled as the battery often didn’t last anywhere near a full day.

We had to cancel at the very last minute due to health reasons. I forgot about the Wifi and advised them the day we actually were supposed to arrive. They provided a refund less the cost of postage as it was at the airport and would need sending back. A very nice surprise. Thank you very much. We have rescheduled for Feb 2026 and will definately be using again.

We rented the Premium WiFi puck from Japan Wireless for our trip, and it worked flawlessly. The connection was fast, reliable, and stayed strong everywhere—from Tokyo’s busy streets to the countryside. Battery life was excellent, and returning it was super easy with a simple mailbox drop-off at the airport. Getting the device was just as convenient since it was delivered directly to our hotel. Highly recommend Japan Wireless for a seamless, stress-free internet experience while traveling in Japan - will definitely use again for our next visit there!
