WiFi parcel is ready at hotel on the day I check in! Instructions are clear and simple, battery lasts for good 8 hours! I just put it in my smal small / jeans pockets, shared WiFi with few devices. Fairly good download/ upload speed. Prepaid return envelope enclosed, easy no hassle. If I visit japan again, I’ll definately order it again!

We found this choice both economical and essential. There was one glitchy day, and we did often have to recharge doing the day, but overall very satisfied.

Very glad I had gone and gotten the mobile wifi service. I had good WiFi coverage in all the places we went on our vacation. The only 1 draw back was the battery life. Even with the extra battery pack we always run out of power before the end of trip outside exploring Japan.

Amazing service for the price. We got this for our 15 day trip to Japan and loved it. There was no major downtime, no throttling down speeds, connectivity and coverage was also amazing.

Worked perfectly our entire trip.

We had the Premium Pocket Wi-Fi for 18 days. The pick up and drop off were easy and the device was easy to use. We had good coverage everywhere we travelled. I should mention that we visited smaller towns as well, but no area was remote. The battery lasts around 9-10 hours, but a free battery was included in the package and that was very helpful towards the end of the day when we needed to recharge.

Excellent service. Strong stable signal the entire week I was in Japan.

I must say I am pleasantly surprised by this Pocket-Wifi. Great cover, battery last between 8-10hrs (we are 2 heavy data users).
The no limit feature is great, and the extra battery is just perfect to get some extra juice as needed.

Additionally, it was the lowest priced device on the market when we rented it 2 months ago.

You know that feeling that something is too good to be true? In this case it turned out to be great. We will need to see how it goes with the return, however so far everything is great!
