This pocket wifi was great! We didnt have any issues with it. Next time we are in Japan, we will rent another one.

The Premium Wi-Fi router worked perfectly throughout our 1 week stay in Japan.
Received package at Hotel check in, easy, simple and very professional. Router has good battery life, with additional provided battery pack you make it easy thru the day, with multiple phones and tablets connected. Charging takes a little longer due to lower voltage in Japan (compare to USA) . Return, at Airport you turn off the router, put the provided return envelope with the wireless package in the mailbox and off you go. ( they have also stores at the bigger airports to pick up or drop off)
No surprise high $$ bill from the US mobile phone company.
Can only recommend that company.

The portable WiFi made our travels in Japan very convenient and smooth. Our package was sent to our hotel as specified. Battery life was good and we did not have to use the power bank. Internet speed was consistent and fast.

Unit was very reliable and fast everywhere in Japan. We traveled from Tokyo to Osaka and various western cities, internet access was fast. Also very convenient way to get the unit and return.

We used the Japan Wireless service on our recent trip to Japan. It easily connected our two phones and an ipad no problems for unlimited internet while we were there and easy to use GPS and wifi on our phones to get around super easy. The only time that we didn't have it work 100% was when we were underground in some places but by the whole fantastic reception and so fast it was quicker than our home internet connection in Australia.

Loved the pocket wifi! It was super easy to use, from pick-up to drop-off. Had great wifi coverage throughout our trip and made traveling so much easier. Definitely recommend it!
