Good service, just we have noticed the attacheable cord for charging is a bit loose but manageable. Maybe a new cord is better. But otherwise the service is good..the pocket wifi arrived to my accomodation before I arrived to the said place. Thanks for the excellent service. I have been their client for 2 consecutive yrs now. And I will still seek their services if I plan to go to Japan again. I highly recommend this company.
