Better information on the pick up and drop off place is necessary.

WiFi router was waiting for us at the post office in KIX airport and was easy to collect and drop off. The WiFi speed was great and we loved the unlimited download, it was shared between 4 users and no one suffered any connection issues. The router battery life was around 10 hours and the power bank was a bonus. We highly recommend using Japan Wireless.

My friends and I stayed in Japan for about two weeks and had NO issues at all with this pocket wifi or the company. I loved my stay in Japan and am very glad I picked Japan-Wireless as my pocket wifi provider. The internet speed was VERY fast, and we were able to use our phones and laptops simultaneously with no lag time in speed. Japan-Wireless made the rental very seamless and stress-free, with their fast communication and replies.

Trust me, you won't regret using this company for your trip. All you have to do is pick up the pocket wifi from the airport, turn the device on, charge it every night for all day usage (pack a battery bank to be safe, in case it runs out during the day; they even offer you a battery bank!), and return it at the airport/any mailbox in Japan. So seamless and easy!

This router worked for me in the Hokuriku and Lake Biwako areas of Japan and I was satisfied with its performance and area coverage.
