Great service from JP Wireless. Easy collection from hotel and return at airport

Family of five, travelling together, we have overall reliable connection. Sometimes have buffering issues but hard to say whether thats because of coverage of the provider vs the device.
Battery life, with the included powerbank, lasts a full day.

This mobile wifi simplified our trip to Japan. Although we had wireless in accommodation it was fantastic for navigating Japanese transport (particularly trains). We also used it for Google Maps and translator. I ordered it 1 week before we arrived it was waiting for us at our hotel. It was simple to set up and extremely reliable. We dropped it in the post office box at Narita Airport prior to leaving Japan. For around 10 Australian dollars a day - a must

I thought it would be difficult to use but we had it with us and we were safely able to navigate around Japan without getting lost. I wish I had one in the states.

My unlimited WiFi worked great, I used it very often and only ever encountered one brief issue - which was quickly solved by just turning the device off and on again. I never once traveled to an area where I had weak internet connection with the device.

Pick-up and Drop-off was incredibly easy, and the photo instructions on how to find the Pick-Up booth in the Haneda airport were invaluable.

Having direct access to the internet while traveling abroad is so important, so having Unlimited Data that allowed me to use the internet with no worries about data usage, internet speed, or service range was definitely worth the price. I will absolutely use the same service for future trips! Thank you so much!
