It was quite easy to use and always being connected.

My sister recommended going with Japan Wireless. The process was really easy from preorder, to pick up, set up, use, and drop off. No problems with the coverage where ever we went. They emailed me very good directions on where to pick up at Haneda Airport with pictures. Provided charging cable, pocket wifi, plug adapter, power bank, pouch, and return envelope with reminder to drop in mailbox before you go through security. Would highly recommend Japan Wireless and will use them again when visiting Japan.

This is was an excellent investment for our trip. The coverage for the different cities in Japan was great and allowed us to utilize our google maps to navigate which is a must have for anywhere in Japan. Would definitely recommend it and use Japan wireless for my future trips.
