Perfect wireless system to be connected in Japan 24/7! The product was delivered to my hotel and I used it until the very last minute at the airport, I leave it in an envelop at the post office at the airport. it was easy and well supported by a power bank to have battery all the time

It was delivered to the requested place and it was easy to return (just drop to a post with a provided envelop.

We used this service for a family of 5 during a week visit to Tokyo. The overall experience was very pleasant - everything went exactly as described in the website. We did our research ahead of time and everything went smoothly. Don't get me wrong, the whole point of excellent service for something like this is that there should be no hassles, surprises or issues for a Wi-Fi egg, which is what we got. Good network speed throughout Tokyo despite pretty heavy usage. Would definitely use this service again on the next trip!

During my week long trek from Tokyo to Hiroshima I was always connected. Even hiking Mount Misen in Miyajima I could search anything from what to eat to what other sites to see. I was weary to using a pocket Wi-Fi device, but the ease of use and price point (especially sharing with a group) is unbeatable. Will be using this when visiting Japan onward!

We rented the Japan Wireless Premium Wifi for 14 days, landed in Osaka, picked up the mobile wifi at the airport, off to Kyoto, on to Tokyo, then to Mt. Fuji and back to Kyoto. Had great wifi access the entire trip - fast and reliable. Perfect way to travel and stay connected. Highly recommend.
