The parcel was waiting for me upon check-in at the hotel. I have zero tech skills but found it very easy to log in from the instructions. The wifi was effective everywhere I went and it was very easy to return in the envelope provide. Excellent product and service. Highly recommended.

We had our wifi box sent to our hotel and picked it up at the front desk when we checked in. The speed was great and the battery life was better than expected. Even though it was my second time visiting Japan from the US, it was still amazing to have the wifi to use my google maps to navigate. The price was amazing, and I highly recommend this service!!!

We were really glad we ordered the portable wifi. It was amazing to be able to be online almost all the time. The device was realiable - except for some remote places (like forests), which can be expected. We would certainly recommend.
