We've used Japan Wireless pocket wifi on several trips to Japan. The devices are always waiting for us at our hotel when we check in. They are easy to set up and are very reliable.

Is fast and you are conected any place, the battery extra is a plus

Fantastic, worked anywhere we went in Japan (and we went to some places that were really off the beaten track and far from the cities). The unlimited data was also essential too, and it's actually unlimited - and fast. I'm going to Japan for the third time in a couple of weeks and the pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless has become an absolute must!
