This device was very helpful. It was waiting for me at my hotel front desk in Japan. With a full charge on the device, plus the extra battery, the wifi hotspot can easily go all day long. I was able to use Google Maps on my cell phone, with the phone only communicating by wifi to the wifi hotspot, and Google Maps had my location on the map, making it easy for me to find my way around and know my location.

We have used Japan Wireless for a few years now and they have been exceptional. We tend to stay in Japan for between 3 and 5 weeks, with about 2 of those weeks in the snow and the product has never failed us.

Pocket WiFi is a must for your trip to Japan! So easy and convenient to access. You just pick it up at the airport and drop it off at a mailbox in the airport. I never lost service. Didn’t need to use my hotel WiFi at all. It’s the best thing ever. Thank you Japan wireless.
