Easy pickup at airport. Hot spot was already charged and came with a portable charger, which was extremely helpful. Returning the device was as easy as placing in prepaid return label and dropping off before security when flying home.

Spend 2 weeks traveling around Japan, had two devices ordered for the family. Signal was always good and the customer support speedy and on point. Could not ask for a better service, 100% would use again and recommend, thanks for everything!

But battery life was not quite long enough to last all day

It was easy to order, easy to pick-up and to return. Very easy to set up. I used it for two weeks, traveling around the Kansai Region. I mainly used it for checking emails and whatsapp messages, checking bus and train timetables, and getting directions. Very good internet coverage both in Kumano Kodo and Koyasan, and in Kyoto and the surrounding areas. Sometimes the speed was slower than usual but overall it worked very well. The battery lasted all day without the need of using the power bank included in the WiFi package. Highly recommended.

I never write reviews but since I was so happy with this product I will write and tell about it. To other people out there looking for a WiFi provider in Japan. Easy pick up from post office and drop off at any post box! The connectivity is very good too! Will definitely rent it again when we next in Japan!
