We were very pleased with our mobile WiFi, especially being able to look at maps when out and about.

We consistently use Japan Wireless to rent a router for our devices during every trip to Japan. The pick up and drop off process is quick and efficient as we use the airport post office. We have returned the router earlier than rented for and received a refund. Another time we had to cancel our trip due to inclement weather and Japan Wireless allowed us to cancel. No complaints so far!!

We vacationed in Japan for Thanksgiving week It’s a must to have wireless. We got ours delivered to our hotel. It was delivered ahead of time and we got it on check in. Also returning it was simple and easy. Deposited it in the mail in the airport. Received a confirmation email that they received it. Price was great deal.
