Used their Wi-Fi service several times and I’m always satisfied. They are quick to respond even when needing an extension beyond end of service date. Wi-Fi speed is fast and dependable. Service even provides a battery pack. Thank you Japan Wireless for the awesome service, not to mention the reasonable pricing.

When I purchased, the transaction was really fast and hassle free. The email confirmation tho went to spam messages so there was a bit of confusion, but I hope to receive the pocket wifi on the scheduled pick up date and time and hope that there would be no hassle.

I travel regularly for business to Japan. I’ve tried 6 or 7 different pocket WiFi companies. All have let me down. They either did not have the coverage I needed, or the battery life wasn’t enough, or worse they would throttle my usage.

I have rented other competitors wifi mobile devices but this will be the first time with Japan Wireless. It had the best price for 28 days rental with the promo code. Paid in Yen since there was no Canadian payment. Maybe Japan Wireless will make the change since many Canadians love to travel there. Hopefully the credit card exchange works to my advantage since the Yen is low ;)

We used Japan Wireless’ pocket wifi for 2 weeks in Nov 2019 in Tokyo & Osaka & it worked perfectly mated to a battery pack we brought that we also had to keep our phones charged all day. Their customer service is outstanding.
