This was our first return trip to Japan in 4 years because of the pandemic. We aleays use Japan Wireless because the service is excellent, delivery and return is convenient.

Speed and connectivity is very important, and this was excellent

Great device to carry around, used it alot for maps. There was a few disconnections ever now but it was tolerable

I cannot recommend this enough. Great price, easy pick up in Haneda airport, worked without error for two and a half weeks, and had service almost everywhere we went (Tokyo, Shizuoka, Kawaguchiko, Osaka, Kyoto). You can't return it to the same place in the airport, but any mail box can take the package. We were able to drop it off in a Family Mart.

We'll be picking one up any time we're in Japan.
