This service was great. I picked it up at Narita and had no problem my entire trip in Japan. Video calls, Uploading Photos, and google maps worked everywhere even on the bullet-train to Kyoto. I will use it again when i return to Japan

This was the easiest and best pocket wifi experience I've had. I made reservations online ahead of time and pickup/drop off was a breeze. The pocket wifi was easy to setup and it came with a return envelope, so you just have to drop it off in a post box. The quality of the signal was excellent and I had no issues connecting multiple devices. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan to save on international cellular and data cost.
