I was in Japan for a little over a week. It was always very reliable. It was very easy to use and came fully charged already. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again.

We ordered the Premium Wifi (187 Mbps). We picked our rental up at the airport which was super convenient. Drop off was also convenient as a pre-addressed envelope was provided. We just dropped the package off in a postal box. Connecting our phones to the wifi and overall set up was much easier than expected. It took us literally 2 minutes max to do.

Product worked great, had good reception throughout Japan, battery lasted the entire day. Would have been LOST without this!
