For my recent trip to Japan, I researched many Japan wireless companies and Japan wireless was the top pick for what I needed. For 10 days I traveled all over Japan with a group of 6 friends and we all were able to enjoy wireless connections.

Easy to use and great price for unlimited data! It was delivered and ready at our hotel when we checked in. It was very helpful for keeping us online in different cities in Japan so that we can map our travel easily. The battery lasted pretty much all day, so didn't even need to recharge it. The return was easy, but just wish they emailed a confirmation that they received the return. Otherwise, definitely recommended.

I’ve used the pocket wifi from Japan wireless during the entire stay from Tokyo to Osaka. The service was fast and reliable. I like how the wifi also came with a power bank so I had continuous access to internet while navigating my way around Japan. Thank you Japan wireless 🙂

Excellent service will rent again

I’ve been looking for a good mobile internet wifi service for my visit to Osaka and I happen to see Japan Wireless in my google search results. The reviews were good and I think the price is good. The mobile wifi kit was sent to my hotel as I have ordered it in advance, prior to my arrival in Japan. Wifi works very good, very good coverage in all areas of Osaka I’ve been to. The plus is that it comes with a power bank and a handy translator. Returning the unit at the end of the rental period was easy, you just need to drop it in the mailbox inside the airport. Very much recommended Japan wifi service. Very efficient!

I rented the portable WiFi device for 8 days and used 3 phones on it with little problems. The unit seemed to last about 10hrs on a full charge.

Japan wireless was easy to set up and worked great. I had service all over Japan and battery life lasted very long. Wifi was waiting for me at the hotel and I dropped it off at a mailbox on the way to airport. Simple and quick!

Our family of 4 complete a 3-week trip covering Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Himeji and numerous other locations. During our time, we never once had an issue with wireless access. The battery for the portable device typically lasted 8-10 hours but would quickly charge up with a portable battery pack. We had 4 cell phones, between my wife, kids and myself and all utilized the internet without any slowdowns. We each had a Verizon device and setup was very simply (less that 1 minute). We will definitely use Japan Wireless on our next Japanese vacation.
