I would recommend Japan Wireless to fellow travelers. The process was easy. I ordered the WiFi a month before I left for my trip. The device was at my hotel when I arrived. I used it throughout my stay in Japan, in several different cities. On my last day i dropped the pre-addressed package in the local mailbox. I recieved an email from Japan wireless when the device was received.

This is the 5th time I’ve used this company and product for my Japan stays and it will not be my last. I can always trust that their devices will arrive at the requested location, and provide the WiFi needed.

We were able to stay connected during our entire trip spanning Yokohama, Nara, Osaka, Hakone, and Tokyo. The battery life was excellent and we always had some battery left by the time we made it to our hotel at night.

This is the second time we used Japan Wireless’ pocket WiFi, this time for a 3 week stay in Tokyo, Kyoto and Sapporo. Never had a problem with internet connectivity, and that was super important to us as we depended on the internet for navigation and language translation. Also, we were given a discount for being repeat customers, so win-win!
