I had two Premium WiFi devices. Delivery to my Osaka hotel was smooth. The parcel was at the reception when I arrived. WiFi connections during 2 weeks period were excellent and without any disruption. The return was easy & simple at the airport.

Japan Wireless Pocket wi-fi was great!

Easy to set up & use & made travel a breeze! So convenient to have wi-fi outdoors wherever we went so could use cell phone & GPS to find our way around to hotels, restaurants, stores etc.

Easy pickup & return of pocket wifi & included all the needed accessories. Very affordable too.
So useful & Made our trip more enjoyable- highly recommend.
